Bleeves® Global operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Bleeves® Global is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Bleeves® Global is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Bleeves® Global. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Bleeves® Global, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Bleeves® Global.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BLEEVES® GLOBAL, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR LICENSORS, OR SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS), WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bleeves® Global, Shopify, and our/their affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to: (1) your breach of these Terms or incorporated policies; (2) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (3) your use of the Services. We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim (failure to promptly notify will not relieve your obligations unless materially prejudicial). We may control the defense and settlement (at your expense) and will not agree to any settlement imposing non-monetary obligations on you without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). You will reasonably cooperate in the defense.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and deemed severed from these Terms; the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be a waiver. These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the site constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written. These Terms and any related disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and Bleeves® Global consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state courts in Laramie County, Wyoming, and the federal courts in the District of Wyoming.
